Every clause is important

  • Read the whole document; every word.
  • You may be tempted to read only the clauses were information has to be filled in by hand.   All the clauses are important and have an effect on the agreement, the costs, what is being sold and how it is being sold.
  • Don’t skim.   It’s worth the time.
